Learn it once, know it for life. 30 minute Asana practice, yoga movements, followed by 10/15 minutes of Pranayama deep breathing. Learn these basic moves, with a follow up "cheat sheet," for reference. Practices Asanas and Pranayama before meditation. Fully drop into your body. Allow me to teach and be the bridge for this Ancient practice taught solely to students of Maharishi, and passed down through generation of my ancestor, my mother. Thank you. Have a place to move set up, i.e. yoga mat. Have water, have a speaker, have a hair tie or a t-shirt, whatever you need to move, to be with your body, bare feet, surrender, receive, listen, silence, you don't have to say a word, just be, a human be-ing. “Time spent on Yoga Asanas is a golden time of the day. And it is interesting to note that this state of natural flexibility is characterized by pleasant steadiness of the body and mind, and is the natural, and most appropriate sitting state for the practice of Transcendental Meditation.
