What is Locals World (not 15-sec) Elevator Pitch, you ask?

Self-considered entrepreneur, multi-passionate, visionare of idea stage businesses to serve the “modern (female) millennial” target market. Believes we are one, human race and our home is Earth and considers the future generations, Mother Earth/ Gaia, and coexisting with humanity, people, planet and creatures in all of her business models.

Creating idea-stage platform in beta testing, Locals World, with other Local New Yorkers for launch of content. Per Local (5-10 favorite local businesses), to boost local “ecosystems” during COVID-19/ 2020, to make it through and thrive with Locals’ business and future travelers. Believes in the potential to seamlessly immerse in one another cultures by expanding horizons, crossing borders, and opening doors, while referring to the physical, metaphysical, energetic, and mental blocks/ fears that it takes for a women to truly step into the world, step into one another shoes, and step into her power.

The future of human connection is potentially in the hands of the modern female (millennial) traveler. Who seamlessly immerses into destinations’ cultures through a local guide. The ability to support local businesses during her trip, curated local authentic itineraries, meeting lifelong BFF (Best Foreign Friends), along the way, as she is able to capture during her trip, what the world of that local looks like, while immersing into a culture where there is really no interruption of tourists, and she makes herself at home as a “local.” Dalai Lama noted, “The world will be saved by the Western Woman.” Imagine if we could rebuild human connection to be off-line, IRL, and when you get to your “destination,” you’re confronted by the highest potential of you, your higher self, your true souls dance, your freedom and courage, your spirit. You meet like-minded people, who share their stories and experiences. You are seen, heard, understood. You are connected.

We consider humanity, planet and future generations as our core values as the stakeholders at the board room meeting table. That way, we don’t have to tell stories to our children and their grandchildren of the giants who once walked this world. The elephants, the giraffes, the whales, the beautiful trees that used to be outside of our windows, that you could pick an apple from and eat it on-site. These aren’t stories, they’re our reality. But one day, they might just be stories. Just like the Greek Mythology Goddesses, to the lost land civilizations of Atlantians, Lemurians and starseed beings.

Let’s rewrite our story, today, now. Let’s rewrite the script of the direction we’re heading. Because let me ask you this. A friend once asked, he understands the journe of 1,000 miles begins with one step, but what if you’re facing the wrong direction? What if, we lead all the decision making and power up to the old paradigm. The divine masculeine imbalance in our systems in which we’ve operated in for the past 400 years in our millenium, that has created all we’ve known to date. The 12 months/ year, 7 days/ week, radical division in governemnet between left and right, the years of school and work, just to get by. What if we rewrite this old story, together. Where we decide, no more. Where we decide, this isn’t for me, we’re drawing a boundary, and we’re going to go and create a new system. One where we understand our borders are indeed just invisible, they don’t exist. They’re a part of a system. Every crevice and nook in this entire planet is home. All of the faces we pass by on the street are part of us, and our own story, they’re the sisters I have forgotten about for too long, in the midst of a collective. We want to be able to explore our home, this world, with endless limits, we want to be limitless.

Let us merge cultures, ideas, passions, stories, adventure, Local knowledge, support local businesses, up and coming emerging designers, business owners, striving to also co-exist and co-create with the future. The future we have waiting for us on the other side of that door. Waiting for us to knock, to scream let me in! I want to be part of this new world too. Well, we can’t walk through the door, if we’re unaware of it’s presence. But once we expand our horizons, cross (digital to invisible) borders, and be at our destination, we can open these doors. These old forgotten doors filled with lost wisdom from Aristotle to Plato to Socrates, on how to overcomes life challenges. In the face of adversity, what do you do? You transform with it, you find the fluidity within your soul to ride the wave. You’re face of adversities allows opportunities for transformation, for self-discovery, for the new. It’s a whole lot easier to face the tides of adversity when you change with it, rather than staying stuck, trying to plant your feet in the wet sand resisting the cycles of life that are coming your way.

The moon reflects our light and shadows. The moon controls the tides. What makes us think we’re so different being composed of 70%+ of water? There is no difference. We must flow with the tides and when life gives us lemons, we make lemonade. Delicious juicy fresh lemonade we share with our global sisters in a community that is the first of it’s kind. A community that’s inclusive and has no limits to borders. Because if there’s one thing we can all agree on this 3-dimensional plane, is that we care about humanities survival. Mother Earth will do what she needs to do to survive, with or without us. Let us take care of her, by shaping and molding our own stories and impacts. Releasing all and surrendering all to the depths of our souls and showing reverence. Because from Oprah Winfrey, “The biggest adventure you can ever take is to live the life of your dreams,” to Joseph Campbell’s response, “We must be willing to let go of the life we’ve planned, so as to have the life that is waiting for us.”

Nature is cyclical, and so are we. We all hold both divine masculine and feminine energies inside of our souls. We are souls stitched to these bodies, living through the memories of water that we hold within us from our ancestors. The difference between us and our ancestors? We’re ready to recognize, reveal and reflect on all the yes’s and no’s they made that brought us here and we’re ready to start listening to their wisdom and heal the lineage. Heal the lineage of humanity. Because when we heal, Earth can heal with us.
